We offer a 10-day no-questions-asked return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 10 calendar days of receiving your order, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.

Please click here to raise a ticket for return or email us at hello@aviliving.in with your order number to record your return request.
Please place the item securely in its original packaging (product should be unused) with proof of purchase (Invoice sent with the order). Once your return requested will be submitted, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a reverse pickup.
Once your returned product is received, our operations team will inspect each product and approve the refund. [Refund Questions?]
Please Note: Shipping charges, COD charges, custom packaging, etc. will not be eligible for a refund.
Also, any discounts/promotion which is cart value-based will be reversed if any item from the order is refunded.
